The annual meeting of the Fort Smith Museum of History is held on the fourth Thursday of June unless rescheduled by the Executive Committee with at least a 20-day notice to the Association. Attendance is open to Association members in good standing. Any member wishing to add a topic to the Annual Meeting agenda shall notify the President ten (10) days prior to the annual meeting by email. The topic will be ten (10) minutes or less.
