About the event
The 2024 Downtown Witches Ride will take place on Saturday, October 5 as part of the Fort Smith Fall Festival + Oktoberfest! Join us at 8:30 a.m. at the FNB lot on 6th & Garrison for check-in. We ride at 9:00 am! The Downtown Witches Ride supports the Fort Smith Museum of History, The Bonneville House Association, The Clayton House, and the Junior League of Fort Smith. All are encouraged to bring a bag of candy to hand out to spectators along the route.
This bewitching event, now in its 3rd year in Fort Smith, is part of a growing tradition across the U.S. where witches gather on bikes, bringing spooky fun and community spirit together for a good cause. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this magical ride! — feeling excited.
About The Witches Ride: Although relatively new to Fort Smith, the Witches Ride has taken flight in communities across the U.S. over the last 30 years as a unique and festive way to support local causes. Participants dress as witches and ride together, creating a spellbinding spectacle while raising funds for important community organizations. Be a part of Fort Smith’s 3rd annual Witches Ride and help us keep this enchanting tradition growing!
The route for the Downtown FS Witches Ride 2024 begins at 6th and Garrison (FNB parking lot) and flys down to 11th Street and back. FSPD will block the street so we can ride and walk safely.
WHAT: Register to ride or walk, and bring your trick or treaters to get some candy!
WHEN: October 5; Sign in starts at 8:30 am
WHERE: Check in at the parking lot across from First National Bank on 6th and Garrison
Proceeds from this witchy event benefit the Bonneville House, The Clayton House, Fort Smith Museum of History, and Junior League of Fort Smith, all are women-led non-profits in Downtown Fort Smith.
