School is (almost) out, summer is (almost) here, and the Fort Smith Museum of History is ready to welcome children and families for another season of free summer fun and learning. The Museumโ€™s 5th Annual Summer Childrenโ€™s Programming returns each Thursday in June with engaging activities designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and community connection.


This yearโ€™s programming celebrates Americaโ€™s 250th anniversary while exploring a variety of fun and educational topics through stories, hands-on activities, demonstrations, and interactive experiences. Each program is designed to be welcoming, family-friendly, and enjoyable for all ages.
