Join us for an afternoon of whimsical Halloween fun as we ride, roll and stroll down the Greg Smith Recreational Bike Trial at the Riverfront Park in historic Downtown Fort Smith!

Riders encouraged/Walkers welcome!

Grab your broom/bike (decked out for Halloween) and your best witchy outfit as we ride in support of the Bonneville House, The Clayton House, Fort Smith Museum of History, and the Junior League of Fort Smith. All of our organizations were founded by strong women wanting to make a difference in our community.

Goblins & Warlocks will be handing out candy along the route.

Bragging rights awarded for:

Best Decorated Bike

Best Individual

Best Group

Witches must be 14 to particpate and any witch under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.

Check in will begin at 3pm Parade will start at 4pm

Registration is $25 at the link below. We also ask that each participant bring a bag of candy to hand out to spectators and children. Registration fee includes a T-Shirt

What is a Witches Ride anyway? 

Witches Rides started in Florida! What started as women riding their bikes as witches became a fun event where people dress up as witches, ride their brooms (bikes) and toss candy to kids! It’s a fun Halloween event that’s taking the nation by broom! We’ll also be accepting walking witches!

We’re excited for our FIRST EVER Witches Ride in Downtown Fort Smith! This event supports the Bonneville House Association, The Clayton House, Fort Smith Museum of History, and Junior League of Fort Smith!

The Downtown Witches Ride is a fun event in Downtown Fort Smith. Who's your favorite witch? What's your best witch costume? How festive, spooky, or fun can you make your bicycle or broom! Let's see what you've got! Women of all ages dress as witches, decorate and ride their brooms (bikes), and pass out candy along the way! The Downtown Fort Smith Witches Ride is a fun, creative way to celebrate Halloween while supporting 4 great organizations. This inaugural event will support The Bonneville House, The Clayton House, The Fort Smith Museum of History and the Junior League of Fort Smith.
